| History |
Morinaga Milk Industry began as Nippon Rennyu Co., Ltd., a manufacturer of mainly milk products founded in 1917. Morinaga Milk Industry Co., Ltd., the company of today, was founded in 1949 following a merger and split with and from Morinaga & Co., Ltd.
In October 1967 we acquired the dairy products sales division of Morinaga Shoji Co., Ltd. to take full advantage of their production and sales resources and capabilities.
