| Summary |
A method to quqntitate Aloe sterols was developed and verified. As a sample, Aloe vera gel powder was extracted with an organic solvent and the contents of Aloe sterols were measured by LC-MS/MS. By verifying the limit of quantification, recovery rate, precision, etc., it was confirmed that the method has good sensitivity and precision. |
