    Summary We have developed a "Pep-MS assay" system that could be used to comprehensively clarify the positions of protease cleavage. The Pep-MS assay can identify a lot of enzyme cleavage sites at once, and the data obtained using this technology is useful for efficiently producing bioactive peptides.
